名古屋大学博士，大连东北亚国际航运中心研究院执行院长，国家重点研发计划首席科学家，综合交通运输智能技术与装备教育部工程研究中心主任，辽宁省综合交通运输大数据重点实验室主任。主要从事港口智能化、绿色航运、多式联运智慧运营和交通运输大数据技术等领域研究工作。担任中国系统工程学会港航经济系统工程专委会副主任委员、中国汽车维修协会汽车信息分会副会长、中国指挥与控制学会智慧物流与供应链专委会常务委员、中国物流学会常务理事、中国港口协会常务理事、中国系统工程学会理事、中国双法学会理事、中国运筹学会决策科学分会常务理事、中国国际科学技术合作协会能源与交通融合专业委员会副干事长、辽宁省城乡规划学会陆海统筹与滨海空间规划技术专业学术委员会副主任委员、辽宁省交通运输标准化技术委员会委员、《Transportation Research Part E》和《交通运输系统工程与信息》等国内外多个交通运输领域高水平学术期刊编委。主持国家重点研发计划项目1项/课题2项、国家自然科学基金重点1项/面上2项/青年1项、国家外国专家项目1项、省部级项目9项、其他项目50余项。在National Science Review、Transportation Research (Part A，B, D and E)等发表国内外高水平期刊发表论文百余篇，申请获批发明专利和软著等成果30余项（美国、荷兰发明专利各1项），编制完成地方/团体标准6项，出版《综合交通运输案例集》（交通运输部交通强国建设推荐教材、交通运输部综合交通运输理论系列教材）、《中国综合交通运输绿色效率研究》（科学出版社）等著作多部，研发了中国汽车维修行业景气指数、中国综合交通运输体系发展指数等并形成系列年度报告10余部，撰写资政建议获中央主要领导重要批示3项、交通运输部部长批示2项，成果在国家级多式联运示范工程成功应用，主研《南海航运安全与发展报告》双语研究成果被CCTV4、凤凰卫视、China Daily、Global Times等主流频道报道多次。入选大连市“兴连英才”领军人才层次、辽宁省“兴辽人才”领军人才层次、交通运输部科技创新领军人才计划。
